"Hey you, the unfair tyrants.
You the lovers of the darkness.
You the enemies of life.
You've made fun of innocent people's wounds; and your palm covered with their blood.
You kept walking while you were deforming the charm of existence and growing seeds of sadness in their land.
Wait, don't let the spring, the clearness of the sky and the shine of the morning light fool you.
Because the darkness, the thunder rumble and the blowing of the wind are coming toward you from the horizon.
Beware because there is a fire underneath the ash.
Who grows thorns will reap wounds.
You've taken off heads of people and the flowers of hope; and watered the cure of the sand with blood and tears until it was drunk.
The blood's river will sweep you away and you will be burned by the fiery storm."
- Abo Al Qassim Al Shabbi (Tunisian Poet)
To the tyrant of the world
Sudan oh Sudan
Do you know what happen there right know?
If you know nothing about it and you are a muslim, you should ashamed of yourself.
If you know about it, what is your opinion about it?
Are you sure your opinion is correct?
I have some opinion about it.
Jamaah centric vs Ummah centric
Salam,
Satu artikel lama tulisan Ust. Mazlee Malik. Semoga bermanfaat.
Impikan negara Islam? Well, think again before speak.
Bismillah.
Ramai kawanku selalu membangkitkan hal Islam. Paling kurang mereka mengimpikan negara Islam. Masing-masing punya cara tersendiri.
Kadang-kala aku sendiri membicarakan hal perihal Islam.
Namun, aku terlupa satu perkara dan Allah memberiku peluang untuk mengingatkan aku melalui facebook;
- Said Ramadhan al-Buti-
Stop saying about the dream of changing the world if you can't even to change the man in the mirror.
Japan and Malaysia.
Bismillah.
Japan. I always heard about the greatness of Japan. Yes, the facts is true. But even this great country have some weird or strange things occur inside the country which of course not lot of people knows about.
I wonder what is hidden inside Malaysia.
Masjid UK vs Masjid Malaysia
Bismillah.
Minggu lepas aku jumpa Presiden IKRAM Malaysia. The meeting was beneficial and I really impress with him. Personality and his vision.
Anyway, I didnt intend to talk about him. I want to talk about another president, Pas president, Hadi Awang. He was in Sheffield last week and I got the chance to attend his talk. His talk is normal. Nothing big but there are some statement that I cant help myself from think about it.
He said, ' Masjid banyak kat uk tapi masing-masing berebut masjid. ada masjid pakistan, arab, bangla'. ( dialog tidak exact seperti yang dia kata tapi the meaning is there.I'm not good enough to memorize every single words from last week)
When I heard this, I was shocked with this statement. I'm not saying it's wrong but it slightly have the wrong idea of the masjid. It's true that there are Masjid Arab, Pakistan and other mosque but this situation is not because of they fight with each other and end up having diffenrent mosque. No my friend. That's just wrong. To understand why there are diffenrent mosque in uk, you have to know where they come from and why on earth they are doing in UK instead of staying at arab, Pakistan or Bangladesh? They are refugees. They are the result from colonisation of British at arab country. Knowing this fact, you have to understand that they are being force to go out from their own country. Some of the people that being force to live in UK even have the view that they should not live in UK since there are lot of disbeliever in UK. So they cant live at there. It's haram for them to live with the disbeliever and live under disbeliever ruling. The pressure that they accumulate from being kick out from country and living under disbeliever ruling made them seek refuge. The question is, where can they seek refuge from this pressure? Of course by living in their own circle so that they can still practise their tradition, speak the same languange and this incident lead to establishment several islamic community such as Bangla communiy, Pakistan community or Arab community and each of this community need their own mosque and that's the origin of different mosque in UK. It's not just because they quarrel with each other. Things are not as simple as that.
It's not like I want to condemn Hadi Awang (he is way smarter than me) but there are things that sometimes people make mistake by not understanding the context.
After he finished giving talk, the floor is open to ask questions and unfortunately I didnt have the chace to ask question eventhough I have the question. So, instead of I asking him, might as well I ask to anyone who happen to read this blog. The question is like this;
muslim in Malaysia didn't fight with each other? Let face the truth in Malaysia, families tak rapat because of different party. Even worse, there are some kampung in Malaysia have
two mosque, one for PAS and the other one is for UMNO. This is pathetic for a so-called
Islamic country. So, what will PAS do?
Simplistict.
Bismillah.
Simplistict. I dont even know whether my spelling is correct or not. But this is the quite a perfect word for most muslim in Malaysia. Ok,maybe it's too harsh to say most so I change to some muslim.
Anyhow, that's the word that i think. Simplistict.
For instance, current government is not islamic enough. Corruption are everywhere. The law is not islamic enough. Therefore, the solution is change the government and that's it. Easy isn't it? Let me raise one thing, what happen after that? The government changed and the rules are changed but what happen to the most important things which are the peoples? Are they automatically transform into perfect muslim when the government changed? I dont think so my friends.
Another situation, islamic financial. There are lot of thing are being said right now especially about islamic finance. Gold/silver dinar to be frank. I'm not against for those who said gold/silver is a good investment but to the extend said current money is haram and current islamic bank is the back door of riba? Come on lads, that's what we called harsh.
Both situation are from two different grounds. Politics and economic. In fact, it not just politic but law as well. Both are muamalat issue in islam not ibadah. Both fields need to learn thoroughly before we can make accusition.
Try to understand the CONTEXT and dont be simplistict. It just not good even as a human.
Just do it.
Bismillah.
I always have a plan. Lot of plans to be frank. But the plan seems far from being executed.
For instance, this blog. I planned to write something couple months ago and nothing happen.
I guess I planned too much. Just do it and the plan will work out somehow.
Yes, just do it.
